Life Knowledge, for healthy mind, body and spirit Workshop


Join us on 31st March at 3pm at Aligning Health Retreat & Day Spa as we uncover some of the mysteries of ourselves.
We will learn about body types.
We will learn about mind types.
We will learn how to eat in a way that is both health and nourishing for our body and mind.
Together we practice a Yoga Class and a relaxation sequence that is designed for you and your body type.
And finally, when we are feeling calm and fresh we will apply some wonderful herbal oils to our body.
This is a wonderful workshop with lots of hands on activities designed to help you learn more about yourself.
No prior experience is required and we tailor each activity to suit your individual needs.

A wonderful retreat space set on 20 acres, Aligning Health Retreat & Day Spa offers accommodation, a yoga spa, treatment rooms and conference space.
About your facilitator.
Sarah is a trained chef, yoga teacher and ayurveda practioner. She believes in the power of the individual to make healthy choices to be well.
