Aligning Health will only offer a refund under the following reasons;

  •  Item is damaged or received in ill-repair within 14 days of dispatch. Customers may be required to provide evidence of ill-repair.
  •  Courses have not been viewed prior to requesting a refund. 

Refunds will not be made under the following conditions;

  •  Change of mind
  •  Courses have been viewed prior to requesting a refund. 


Vouchers must be used within the specified time frame. No extensions will be granted. 


Customers who purchase from the Day Spa and Retreats Menu should note all bookings require a minimum of 48 hours prior to rescheduling. Aligning Health will support clients to reschedule services at a mutually agreeable time should the need arise. 

 Failure to do so will regrettably result in the forfeit of the 100% of your total booking amount. (This fee can only be waived if we are able to fill your appointment slot with another guest on our waiting list.) Making an appointment with Aligning Health Retreat & Day Spa is acknowledgment of this cancellation policy.

Late Arrivals

Your late arrival may compromise the full length of your treatment. Plan your “time-out” carefully, as all treatments and retreats conclude at the scheduled time. Guests are welcome to arrive earlier than their recommended arrival time to enjoy your surrounds prior to their treatment
