I loved week 3, going into the gunas (having studied them before) & the philosophies behind Ayurveda just enticed me ( stoked that fire in the belly) even further to know this is the right course for me. The pennies dropped even more for me this week. You know you can learn read study things and then all of a sudden you hear it put a slightly different way and you have the aahhhh moment and see how it runs down the levels. I’m feeling more confident on my understanding. - Belinda M
